These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HelloBridge, operated by Greg Clark as a sole proprietorship based in Santa Clarita, California ("HelloBridge," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing hellobridge.shop, submitting a contact or demo request form, or using any HelloBridge service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By using HelloBridge, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
HelloBridge SMS Program — HelloBridge provides AI-powered communication services for local businesses, including automated SMS follow-up messages sent to customers who have opted in via our website booking form. Message types include appointment confirmations, booking follow-ups, and service-related communications.
Services are delivered via the GoHighLevel platform, white-labeled as HelloBridge.
Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically unless cancelled. The one-time setup fee covers the custom configuration of your HelloBridge system and is non-refundable.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If HelloBridge does not capture at least one job that covers your first monthly fee within 30 days of activation, we will refund your first monthly payment in full. The setup fee is non-refundable as it covers work performed on day one. To request a refund, contact info@hellobridge.shop within 35 days of your start date.
You may cancel your HelloBridge subscription at any time by contacting info@hellobridge.shop. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months after the 30-day guarantee period.
By submitting a contact or booking form on hellobridge.shop and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you consent to receive text messages from HelloBridge related to your inquiry. Consent is optional and is never required to submit a form or receive service.
HelloBridge SMS Program: HelloBridge sends automated SMS messages including appointment confirmations, booking follow-ups, and service-related communications to customers who have opted in via the booking form at hellobridge.shop.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with HelloBridge.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
To opt out: Text STOP to any message at any time. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

HelloBridge complies with all applicable TCPA and carrier regulations governing business SMS messaging.
You agree not to use HelloBridge for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited uses include:
HelloBridge reserves the right to terminate service immediately for any violation without refund.
All HelloBridge branding, website content, workflows, and proprietary configurations are owned by HelloBridge and Greg Clark. Clients retain ownership of their own business information and customer data provided to HelloBridge for system configuration.
HelloBridge is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will capture every missed call or lead. Results vary based on call volume, business type, and market conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HelloBridge and Greg Clark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to HelloBridge in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of HelloBridge after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
