SMS Messaging and Opt-In

HelloBridge sends SMS messages on behalf of local businesses that use our platform. Text messages are sent only to individuals who have submitted a contact or booking form on hellobridge.shop or called a HelloBridge-powered business phone number.

SMS opt-in: Users opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting the booking form at hellobridge.shop and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Checking the box is optional and not required to submit the form.

Message types include appointment confirmations, booking follow-ups, and service-related communications.

By submitting a contact or booking form on hellobridge.shop, you may consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry by checking the optional consent checkbox on the form. Consent is never required to submit a form or receive service.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• With our technology partners — including GoHighLevel, Twilio, and Google — solely to operate our service.
• With our business clients — when you interact with a HelloBridge-powered system, the business owner you contacted will receive your contact information and inquiry details.
• As required by law — if legally required by court order, subpoena, or other legal process.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
